Style sheet element
You store a style sheet file in a style sheet element. To use a style sheet element create a style sheet component. You cannot store style sheet elements in authoring templates, sites, site areas or content items.
You cannot use IBM® Workplace Web Content Management™ to create or edit style sheet files.

Style sheets can be used to format the look and feel of IBM Workplace Web Content Management pages in the same way as normal Web Pages. - Reference a style sheet
The style element tag is used to reference a style sheet component selected as the default style sheet in an authoring template, or a style sheet component referenced within a site, site area or content item using a component reference.
