Stage eleven: Sorting the displayed list

In this stage, buttons will be added to the list of images to enable users to sort the list of images by name and date.

  1. Edit the presentation template named "ImageLibrary_PT".

  2. Go to the following line in the presentation template design and insert the curser prior to the </td> tag: 

    <td valign="top">
<font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Name:</b></font> </td>

  3. Click Insert link.

  4. Click Select content, files or images.

  5. Select the content item named "ImagesAscendingByName" and click OK.

  6. Select Display link as image component.

  7. Click Select image and select "UpArrow ".

  8. Repeat steps 2 to 7, but this time insert the content item named "ImagesDescendingByName" and use the image component named "DownArrow".

  9. Go to the following line in the presentation template design and insert the curser prior to the </td> tag: 

    <td valign="top">
<font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Last modified:</b></font> </td>

  10. Repeat steps 3 to 7 and insert the content item named "ImagesAscendingByDate" and use the image component named "UpArrow".

  11. Repeat steps 3 to 7 and insert the content item named "ImagesDescendingByDate" and use the image component named "DownArrow".

  12. Click Save.
