1. Determine the cumulative PTF package level required for your version of WAS.

   Go to the IBM PTF page and click on the Cumulative PTF Package link.

2. Determine if the correct OS/400 cumulative PTF package is installed on your server.

   Sign on and enter...

   Display PTF Status (DSPPTF)

In the example, the first PTF that is listed, TL02036 (with a status of Temporarily applied), correlates to the cumulative PTF that is installed on the server.

You must order and install the prerequisite OS/400 cumulative PTF package before proceeding to the next step in this process.

Continue with one of the following steps:

Install the correct cumulative PTF if it is not already installed on your server.

Obtain WebSphere Application Server Version 6.0 for OS/400 if the correct cumulative PTF is installed.
