Receiving expected inventory

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to receive expected inventory.

Procedure

1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

2. Open the Expected Inventory list:

   • Click Operations > Expected Inventory.

   • (B2B direct)Click Logistics > Expected Inventory.

3. Select the check box next to the expected inventory record against which we want to receive inventory, and click Details. The Expected Inventory Details list displays.

4. Do one of the following steps:

   • Select the check box next to the SKU we want to receive, and click Receive.

   • From the SKU column, click the SKU.

   The Receive Expected Inventory dialog opens.

5. Provide appropriate information for the fields, and click OK to save the information.

   Note: It is possible to receive more or less inventory than the expected quantity.
