Closing expected inventory records
Use WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to close one or more expected inventory records. Once you close an expected inventory record, we cannot reopen it. Be sure that you receive all of the inventory associated with the expected inventory record before you close it.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
- Open the Expected
Inventory list.

Click Merchandise > Expected Inventory.
- (B2B direct)Click Products > Expected Inventory.

- Select the check boxes to the left of the expected inventory records to close, and click Close. A message is displayed, prompting you to confirm to close the expected inventory records.
- Click OK to close them. The Expected Inventory list refreshes, removing the closed expected inventory records.
