Change return reasons
Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to change return reasons.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
- From the Store menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list displays.
- Select the check box next to the return reason to work with, and click Change. The Change Return Reason dialog opens.
- Update the fields.
- Click OK to save the changes.
