Sending a broadcast e-mail to stores

The Site Administrator can send a broadcast e-mail to a certain category of stores, such as all open stores, or all closed stores.

Procedure

1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

2. From the Extended sites menu, select Broadcast e-mail. The Broadcast page is displayed.

3. Type the e-mail address of the sender.

4. Select the recipients.

5. Type any additional recipients for this e-mail, and use a comma to separate the e-mail addresses.

6. Type the subject of the broadcast e-mail.

7. Type the message.

8. Click Send, and the e-mail is scheduled to run whenever the system has available resources.
