(Enterprise)View products released to a shopping cart
Use WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to view the products that are released to a shopping cart created in the channel store site.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
- Find shopping carts:
Click Operations > Find Shopping Carts.
- (B2B direct)Click Logistics > Find Shopping Carts.
- Provide at least one of the following shopping cart information. At least one field must be specified.
- In the Order number field, type the customer order number that contains products that are released to the shopping cart (or carts) we want to find.
- Click Advanced search to use more search fields. We can use the following advanced search criteria:
- In the Start date and End date fields under Customer order placed date, enter the start and end dates of when the order was placed by entering the year (4 digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). We can also use the calendar tool to enter the date.
- In the Start date and End date fields under Product release date, type the start and end dates of when the products were released for fulfillment by entering the year (4 digits), month, day, and time (24-hour clock). We can also use the calendar tool to enter the date.
- In the Maximum number of matches to display field, type the maximum number of search results that we want the system to display. This field is not the number of shopping carts that match our search criteria; it is the number of products within the shopping carts that match our search criteria.
- Click Find. The system performs a search and a list of shopping carts that match the search criteria is displayed.
- The search results include a list of the products that were released to the shopping cart. To view the current contents of the shopping cart on the channel store site, click the shopping cart number.
