Schedule WebSphere Commerce Search jobs

If the store uses WebSphere Commerce Search, the following scheduled jobs are available. We can create and adjust the schedule on which these jobs run if necessary.

• Creating and scheduling the UpdateSearchIndex job
  The UpdateSearchIndex job command is used for synchronizing Quick Publish catalog changes with the search index in production.

• Creating and scheduling the ContractPriceCalculate job
  The ContractPriceCalculate job command is used for calculating prices on a schedule for all catalog entries that belong to a specific master catalog. The catalog entry price is calculated against all contracts that belong to the store.

• Creating and scheduling the InvalidateSearchCache job
  The InvalidateSearchCache job is used for generating cache invalidation events in the live environment, based on the search index related updates from the authoring environment.
