Activating task groups

We must activate a task group so that contributors can work on their tasks. We can activate task groups that are in the inactive state.


Before beginning

Ensure that we are logged in to the Workspace Management tool as one of the following roles:


Procedure

  1. Open the Workspace Management tool.

  2. In the explorer filter, select the Current view.

  3. In the explorer view, click the workspace that contains the task group to activate. The list of task groups is displayed.

  4. Right-click the task group to activate, and click Activate.

    Contributors can now work on tasks in this task group using Management Center tools.
