Change a customer segment

We can change the description of a customer segment and any attributes that define the customer segment. We cannot change the customer segment name after saving it for the first time.


Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing tool.

  2. From the explorer view, click Customer Segments. The Customer Segments - List page opens.

  3. Right-click the customer segment that we want to change; then click Open. The notebook for the customer segment opens.

  4. Click the tab containing the attributes that we want to change; then edit the fields as appropriate.

  5. Click

    Save to save the customer segment, or click Close to close the editor and return to the previous page.
