Change promotions

We can update your promotions to correct errors, adjust strategy, or to realign dates. We can change any promotion property, including the promotion name.

Before starting

Your promotion must be in the inactive state before we can edit it.

Procedure

1. Open the Promotions tool.

2. Find the promotion to change.

3. Right-click the promotion to change. Click Open.

4. Update the promotion as needed.

5. Click

   Save to save the promotion, or click Close to close the promotion editor, and return to the updated Promotions - List page. The promotion is displayed in the Promotions - List page, and its Status is set as Inactive.

What to do next

To make the promotion available on the storefront, we must activate it.
