List sales catalog versions

We can view the versions of a sales catalog. For example, to restore a previous version we can locate the version easily from the versions list and preview the versions.

Procedure

1. Open the Catalogs tool.

2. From the explorer filter, select Sales Catalog Categories.

3. On the explorer tree, right-click the sales catalog we want to view available versions of; then click Open. The sales catalog properties view is displayed.

4. Click the Versions tab. The version list for the sales catalog is displayed.

   The check mark indicates the version that was last restored.

5. Optional: To view the details of a sales catalog version, right-click on the version and click Open.

6. Optional: Modify the version name and description of a sales catalog version. To change the version name and description of a sales catalog version, edit the respective fields in the Available versions table, then click Save and Close. The version name and description for the sales catalog version are now updated.
