Tealeaf replay environment configuration

Tealeaf includes two replay tools we use to view captured browsing sessions.

To replay captured browsing sessions, we must configure and customize one of the following Tealeaf replay tools:

• RealiTea Viewer replay configuration and customization
  The Tealeaf RealiTea Viewer (RTV) is a stand-alone desktop application. RTV is an advanced search and replay system and must be installed on each desktop system. Configure RTV to improve the quality of captured sessions. We must also add replay rules in RTV. A replay rule is a modification to the session data during replay so that the replay looks as close as possible to the original experience of your web application's visitor.

• Configure Browser Based Replay
  The Tealeaf Browser Based Replay (BBR) is a browser-based tool we use to view captured browsing sessions. BBR runs within the Tealeaf Portal
