Apple Pay on the Web integration with WebSphere Commerce

Apple Pay on the Web integration with WebSphere Commerce provides you with an easy and secure way to accept and process payments. Apple Pay on the Web enables customers to purchase products in the Aurora starter store with a single touch in Safari on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Apple Pay on the Web integration with WebSphere Commerce enables multiple interactions between Aurora starter store pages, Transaction Server, Apple Pay server, and Payment Service Providers (PSP) such as IBM Payment Gateway, which ensures seamless payment and check out methods.

Device support

  Enable Apple Pay on the Web by updating backend services to support the enhanced payment functions, and then by enabling the store function for the Aurora starter store.

  The site flows provide a screen capture and description for each store page that includes Apple Pay on the Web functions.

• Apple Pay on the Web sequential flows
  The sequential flows provide an overview of how the systems (WebSphere Commerce, Apple Pay on the Web) and actors (Shoppers in the Aurora starter store) interact with each other during a typical task flow. The sequential flows coincide with the controller code that is contained in the ApplePay.js file.
