IBM WebSphere eXtreme Scale

We can integrate WebSphere Commerce version 9.0.0.7 or later with IBM WebSphere eXtreme Scale version 8.6.1.2 or later. The WebSphere eXtreme Scale licensed program is an elastic, scalable, in-memory data grid that we can use as an advanced cache for WebSphere Commerce. Integrating with WebSphere eXtreme Scale can provide significant performance benefits for high volume WebSphere Commerce customers.

In WebSphere Commerce version 9.0.0.7 and later, the WebSphere eXtreme Scale client is packaged in the Application Server Docker (for the WebSphere Commerce Transaction server, Store server, and Search server). A WebSphere eXtreme Scale Server version 8.6.1.2 or later license is required to use this feature.
