Start WebSphere Commerce Developer utility

The Start WebSphere Commerce Developer (startWCToolkit) utility starts WebSphere Commerce Developer.

Notes:

1. The utility is in the WCDE_installdir\bin directory.

2. Use this utility to start a particular version or instance of WebSphere Commerce Developer when multiple versions or multiple instances of WebSphere Commerce Developer are installed.

3. If only one instance of WebSphere Commerce Developer is installed, we can also use the Windows Start menu to start WebSphere Commerce Developer.
