This table stores information about the trading to attachment relationship for a TradingAgreement.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
TRADING_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	TradingAgreement ID.
ATTACHMENT_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	Attachment ID.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
