This table holds the description of actions that can be performed on to-do items.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
TKLRACTION_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The ID of the tickler action for this description.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The ID of the language used for the description. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (254)	Description of the tickler action in the language specified by LANGUAGE_ID.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
