This table stores the language-dependent description of the return reason codes.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
RTNREASON_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The reason to which this information applies.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The language for which this information applies. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (254)	A description of the reason for the return.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
