RA

Records general information about inventory expected from a vendor. "RA" stands for Replenishment Advisement. However, the term "Expected Inventory Record" is used to mean the same thing.


Column Descriptions:

Name Type Description
RA_ID BIGINT NOT NULL Unique identifier.
VENDOR_ID BIGINT NOT NULL Vendor that will be supplying the inventory for the order.
STORE_ID INTEGER NOT NULL The Store that owns the order.
ORDERDATE TIMESTAMP NOT NULL Date the order was created with the vendor.
OPENINDICATOR CHAR (1) Y = Expected inventory may still be received and allocated to backorders. N = No further inventory will be received. Expected inventory may not be allocated to backorders.
DATECLOSED TIMESTAMP The date this record was closed.
LASTUPDATE TIMESTAMP The time of the last update.
EXTERNALID CHAR (20) An external identifier, usually supplied by the vendor, that can be used to reference this record.
MARKFORDELETE INTEGER NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 Indicates if this row has been marked for deletion:
0 = No.
1 = Yes, this row has been marked for deletion and should not be used.
CREATETIME TIMESTAMP NOT NULL The date and time the row was created.
OPTCOUNTER SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
