Language-dependent information related to product sets.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
PRODUCTSET_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The product set ID.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The language ID. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (254)	The language specific description of the product set.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
