Contains language specific descriptions for each widget in PLWIDGETDEF.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
PLWIDGETDEF_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	Foreign key to the PLWIDGETDEF table.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The primary key of the language. Foreign key to the LANGUAGE table.
DISPLAYNAME	VARCHAR (256) NOT NULL	A display name for the widget.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (1024) NOT NULL	A description of the widget.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
