This table stores descriptions for the role a participant plays a TradingAgreement.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
PARTROLE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	Participant role ID.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	Language this description pertains to. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (4000)	Participant role description.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
