Each row in this table contains language-dependent information for an Offer.

Column Descriptions:

Name Type Description
OFFER_ID BIGINT NOT NULL The Offer being described.
LANGUAGE_ID INTEGER NOT NULL The language of the description. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
DESCRIPTION VARCHAR (254) A description of the Offer, suitable for display to customers.
OPTCOUNTER SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
