Each row in this table represents a relationship between an installment rule and a catalog group.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
INSRULECATGRP_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	The relationship ID.
INSRULE_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	The related installment rule ID of this relationship.
CATGROUP_ID	BIGINT	The related catalog group ID of this relationship.
ASSOCTYPE	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The association type between a catalog group and an installment rule. 0 = Inclusion 1 = Exclusion
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
