CATGRPDESC

Language-dependent information related to a catalog group.

Column Descriptions:

Name Type Description
LANGUAGE_ID INTEGER NOT NULL The identifier of the language. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
CATGROUP_ID BIGINT NOT NULL The internal reference number that indicates to which catalog group this language-specific information relates.
NAME VARCHAR (254) NOT NULL The language-dependent name of this catalog group. The name field corresponds to the Name field of each category in the Management Center's Catalogs tool. This field can contain a comma separated list of nouns representing products within a category. This can then be used for the product-category mapping of the category-based search relevancy feature.
SHORTDESCRIPTION VARCHAR (254) A short description of this catalog group. The shortDescription field corresponds to the ShortDescription field of each category in the Management Center's Catalogs tool. This field can contain a comma separated list of nouns representing products within a category. This can then be used for the product-category mapping of the category-based search relevancy feature.
LONGDESCRIPTION VARCHAR (4000) A long description of this catalog group. The longDescription field corresponds to the LongDescription field of each category in the Management Center's Catalogs tool. This field can contain a comma separated list of nouns representing products within a category. This can then be used for the product-category mapping of the category-based search relevancy feature.
THUMBNAIL VARCHAR (254) The thumbnail image path of this catalog group.
FULLIMAGE VARCHAR (254) The full image path of this catalog group.
PUBLISHED INTEGER NOT NULL Indicates whether this catalog group should be displayed for the language indicated by LANGUAGE_ID: 0=no, 1=yes.
DISPLAY VARCHAR (254) Reserved for IBM internal use.
KEYWORD VARCHAR (4000) A keyword used for searching. The keyword field corresponds to the Keyword field of each category in the Management Center's Catalogs tool. This field can contain a comma separated list of nouns representing products within a category. This can then be used for the product-category mapping of the category-based search relevancy feature.
NOTE VARCHAR (4000) The footnotes or extended long description for this catalog group.
UP_NAME CHAR (254) The equivalent value of the NAME column in upper case characters. This column is used only for DB2 (LUW) database-types to enhance performance of text-based searches issued from Management Center.
UP_SHORTDESC CHAR (254) The equivalent value of the SHORTDESC column in upper case characters. This column is used only for DB2 (LUW) database-types to enhance performance of text-based searches issued from Management Center.
OPTCOUNTER SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
