Each row of this table represents a language specific description of a certain catalog filter.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
CATFILTER_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	The catalog filter ID
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	Language ID. The language the description is written in.
DESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (2000)	The description of the catalog filter
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
