Each row of this table contains language-dependent information for a BaseItem.

Column Descriptions:

Name	Type	Description
BASEITEM_ID	BIGINT NOT NULL	The BaseItem.
LANGUAGE_ID	INTEGER NOT NULL	The Language for this information. For a list of language components, see the LANGUAGE table.
SHORTDESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (254)	A brief description of the BaseItem.
LONGDESCRIPTION	VARCHAR (4000)	A detailed description of the BaseItem.
LASTUPDATE	TIMESTAMP	The last time this information was updated.
OPTCOUNTER	SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0	The optimistic concurrency control counter for the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter is incremented.
