Deploy JAX-WS Web service security settings

We can deploy the security settings along with your Web services. By manually copying the policy files, we can avoid associating service clients to policies and binding. In addition, we can deploy EJB projects with builds.

Procedure

1. Locate the following files:

   • workspace_dir\WC\META-INF\clientPolicyAttachments.xml

   • workspace_dir\WC\META-INF\wsPolicyClientControl.xml

2. Copy the files into the following directory:

   • WC_eardir

   The files can now be checked into source control.
