Subscribing to WebSphere Commerce security bulletins

We can subscribe to the IBM Support Portal to receive notifications of all security bulletins that are issued for WebSphere Commerce. WebSphere Commerce releases security bulletins for APARs that address security vulnerabilities. These bulletins provide security risk assessment information to help you determine whether a particular issue might impact our organization.

Procedure

1. Go to IBM support http://www.ibm.com/support/.

2. Log on using your IBMid.

3. Click Support notifications.

4. In the Product lookup field, type WebSphere Commerce, and click Subscribe beside the appropriate version of WebSphere Commerce.

5. Ensure that the Security bulletin document type is selected. All document types are selected by default.

6. In the WebSphere Commerce row, click the Edit link. On the page that displays, ensure that the Security bulletin item is selected and click Submit. All WebSphere Commerce security bulletins will be sent to the email address specified on your IBM account.
