Collecting MustGather data for Spring framework issues

Prepare the following MustGather information before you call IBM Support to help with Spring framework issues.


Procedure

  1. Configure the following trace strings.

    • In the Store server Docker container:

        com.ibm.commerce.foundation.logging.*=all:org.springframework.*=all:com.ibm.commerce.store.*=all:com.ibm.commerce.component.mvc.*=all 

      For information about how to set trace strings, see Configure logging for the Store server.

  2. Reproduce the problem.

    Record the specific steps that we used to reproduce the problem and any details that might be relevant.

  3. Collect the following files from the Store server Docker container.

    • /opt/WebSphere/Liberty/usr/servers/default/apps/crs.ear/crs-web.war/WEB-INF/spring/*
