Deprecated feature: The partitioning facility (WPF) feature is deprecated. You can configure partitioning with WebSphere eXtreme Scale.
createMultiplePolicies
You can create multiple policies using this command.
The wpfadmin parameter supports a way of creating multiple policies with a single command, thereby allowing partitions to be spread across multiple servers on cluster startup. The command uses two properties files as parameters. The first is similar to the properties file of the wpfadmin createPolicy parameter. The second properties file contains a mapping of partitions to the server:
- PartitionA=nodeA/serv1
- PartitionB=nodeA/serv2
- PartitionC=nodeA/serv3
All of the created policies will be exactly the same, except each will have a match criterion that is a specific server for that particular partition.
