Specify returns to the fulfillment center
After a product is added to a return, the system determines whether the customer should return the product, and the status is indicated as a Yes or No value.
To change the status, select Yes or No as appropriate.
Often, whether products should be returned to the fulfillment center:
- The nature of the product. For example, broken glassware should not be returned. In this case, select No as the return to fulfillment center status.
- The condition of the product. For example, if glassware has been returned because the customer changed their mind select Yes as the return to fulfillment center status. However, if the customer wants to return the glassware because it arrived broken, the glassware should not be returned to the fulfillment center to be sold to another customer. In this case, select No as the return to fulfillment center status.
