Changing a reseller price for a manufacturer's catalog entries (reseller)

You can change a reseller price for a manufacturer's catalog entries (products, SKUs, and prebuilt kits).

Procedure

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
   

2. To change the reseller price in a manufacturer product:

   1. Open the Catalog Entry Search page:

      • Click Merchandise > Find Catalog Entries.

      • Click Products > Find Catalog Entries.

      The displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

   2. Find the product to change.
      

   3. Select a field in the product row that to change, and from the Prices menu, click Set Prices.

   4. The Product Pricing page displays. Select the check box to the left of the price to change and click Modify Price Range.

   5. Change the pricing specifications,...

      • Use the list, select the currency from a list of the store's available currencies.

      • Change the product price range in the Range field. You can also change the price corresponding to the price range.

   6. To save the changed reseller product price, click OK. Click Cancel Add to return to the Product Pricing page.

3. To change the reseller price in a manufacturer SKU:

   1. Open the Catalog Entry Search page:

      • Merchandise > Find Catalog Entries

      • Products > Find Catalog Entries

   2. Find the product containing the SKU to change .
      

   3. Select a field in the product row, and from the Actions menu, click Show SKUs.

   4. Select a field in the SKU row that to change, and from the Prices menu, click Set Prices.

   5. The SKU Pricing page displays. Select the check box to the left of the price to change and click Modify Price Range.

   6. Change the pricing specifications,...

      • Use the list, select the currency from a list of the store's available currencies.

      • Change the SKU price range in the Range field. You can also change the price corresponding to the price range.

   7. To save the changed reseller SKU price, click OK. Click Cancel Add to return to the SKU Pricing page.

4. To change the reseller price in a manufacturer prebuilt kit:

   1. Open the Bundle and Kit Search page:

      • Merchandise > Find Bundles or Kits

      • Products > Find Bundles or Kits

   2. Find the prebuilt kit to change.
      

   3. Select the prebuilt kit to change the price and click Prices.

   4. The Pricing page displays. Click Modify Price Range.

   5. Define the price range specifications:

      • Use the list, select the currency from a list of the store's available currencies.

      • Change the prebuilt kit price range for volume pricing in the Range field, to specify a quantity of products for a certain price.

   6. Click OK. Under the Price column of the new price range row, type the changed price of the kit.

   7. To save the changed reseller price, click OK.

What to do next

If the changes to the catalog data do not display in the store, the Site Administrator might need to disable caching or remove the currently cached JSP pages.
