View contract reports


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Sales menu, click Accounts. The Accounts list displays containing the accounts defined for the store. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check box to the left of an account.

  4. Click Contracts. The Contracts list displays.

  5. Select the contract for which to view reports.

  6. Click Reports. The Contract Management Reports list displays.

  7. Click the title of the report to review.

    • Contract Activity: Reports on the details of the site's contracts.

    • Contract History: Reports on the site's contracts by their status.

    The selected report displays.
