Use IBM Tivoli Device Management Server: Uninstallation using a Bundle Control Job
This section explains how to uninstall IBM Tivoli Device Management Server using Bundle Control Job.
To uninstall features, perform the following procedure within the DM Console:
Procedure
- Select the Device.
- Right click, then select Submit Job...
- Select Next.
- Select Bundle Control as the Job Type.
- Select Next.
- Select Add Step.
- Select Uninstall for the Job Type.
- Select the feature or features to be uninstalled from either the 'OSGi Bundles from Inventory field' or the 'OSGi bundles from repository not listed in inventory' selection list.
- Select Next.
- Select OK.
- Select Close.
- The feature will be installed when the job is received at the client. Stop and restart the client after the feature has been uninstalled.
