Views
Several default views are available for customization within the IBM Sales Center client. These views are defined in the com.ibm.commerce.telesales.ui.impl plug-in using the base Eclipse product org.eclipse.ui.views extension point. For more information about views, refer to the Eclipse platform documentation.
Stores
Displays open stores, customers, organizations, orders, and quotes.
Marketing Promotions
Displays store-wide and order-wide promotions. These promotions are automatically applied to an order once the promotional criteria has been met. For example, a merchant may offer a 25% discount on shipping if the order total is over $1000.00.
Merchandising Associations
Displays additional or optional products to suggest to the customer when you add certain products to an order.
Ticklers
Displays all active ticklers, which can be sorted by any column heading. From this view, the user can create new ticklers and act on existing ones.
Web Browser
Allows the user to access the internet or intranet depending on access rights.
