Prepare metaphors
To use the Product Advisor, prepare a search space, and then create any or all of the three types of shopping metaphors that the customers can use.
The following outlines the steps:
Procedure
- Create a Product Advisor search space. This step is optional if you are creating a Guided Sell metaphor. However, to create links from the answers in the Guided Sell metaphor to a list of matching products, prepare a search space for the target category.
- Select one or more of the following:
- Prepare a Product Exploration metaphor
- Prepare a Product Comparison metaphor
- Prepare a Guided Sell metaphor
