Troubleshooting: Payments
If you encounter problems while using the WebSphere Commerce Payments, refer to the troubleshooting information to help determine the problem and find possible solutions.
- Troubleshoot: Test order with a payments error
If you are unable to complete a test order due to a WebSphere Commerce Payments error follow this procedure.
- Changing Payments instance password and updating encrypted data using ChangePassword
The ChangePassword utility can change the value and location of the Payments instance password. It also updates the encrypted data in the Payments database.

In /logs/Configurator.1.log, it shows the following message: AppNotification Message: ADMA5014E: The installation of application payments_instance_Commerce_Payments_App failed.

The Payments instance fails to start after migration and you have manually deleted the data source and re-created it.
