Troubleshooting: Failed to create a new Payments instance
While creating the WebSphere Commerce Payments instance, you receive the following prompt from Configuration Manager: There was a problem creating the payments instance. Instance was not created . Please correct the error before retrying. In /logs/Configurator.1.log, it shows the following message: AppNotification Message: ADMA5014E: The installation of application payments_instance_Commerce_Payments_App failed.
SolutionIf you just created a WCS instance or a WebSphere Commerce Payments instance in the Configuration Manager, it is required to restart the Configuration Manager before you go on to create a new WebSphere Commerce Payments instance.
