Troubleshoot: OpenLaszlo does not display changes to files

OpenLaszlo does not display the changes that you made to OpenLaszlo (.lzx) source files.

Problem

After you update an OpenLaszlo source file, the changes are not reflected.

Solution

To display the changes you made to an OpenLaszlo source file...

1. Open WebSphere Commerce Developer and switch to the Package Explorer view.

2. Right-click LOBTools and click Properties. The Properties for LOBTools window opens.

3. In the left hand pane, click OpenLaszlo Settings.

4. In the right hand pane, click the File Settings tab.

5. Click the WebContent/WEB-INF/src/lzx/commerce/shell/restricted/ManagementCenter.lzx file and click Remove.

6. Click Add to add the WebContent/WEB-INF/src/lzx/commerce/shell/restricted/ManagementCenter.lzx file again to the list of main OpenLaszlo files.

7. Click Apply to save the changes and click OK to return to the Package Explorer window.

8. Right-click LOBTools Project; then click Build OpenLaszlo Project to produce an updated file.
