Enable the LikeMinds listener in WebSphere Commerce

The final step is to enable the LikeMinds listener within WebSphere Commerce.

Procedure

1. Open Configuration Manager.

   Ensure that both the Configuration Manager server session and the Configuration Manager client session windows are left running until the tasks in this section are complete.

2. Enter the Configuration manager user ID, and password.

3. Expand the host name > Commerce.

4. Expand Instance List > instance > Components.

5. Select WCSLikeMindsListener and do the following:

   1. Ensure that Enable component is selected.

   2. Click the Advanced tab.

   3. Ensure that Start is selected.

   4. Click Apply to accept the changes.

6. Exit the Configuration Manager.

7. Restart the WCS instance.
