Verify the installation with the WebSphere Commerce tools

Before you begin

Complete the steps in verify the installation.

Procedure

1. As wc_user, check the status of the WebSphere Commerce server...

   WC_PROFILE/bin/serverStatus.sh server1

2. Ensure that you can access the following Web sites:
   • http://host
   • https://host

3. Access the following WebSphere Commerce tool pages:
   • https://host:8000/accelerator
   • https://host:8002/adminconsole
   • https://host:8004/orgadminconsole

   For each of these Web sites:

   1. Verify the login page is displayed.

   2. For each Web site, log in using the Site Administrator ID and password you entered when completing an installation.

   3. A warning, indicating that no stores are defined, might display when signing into WebSphere Commerce accelerator. This warning is an indication of a successful log in attempt.
