WebSphere Application Server
The following 32 bit versions of WebSphere Application Server are supported:
- WAS ND v7.0.0.3
The following 64 bit versions of WebSphere Application Server are supported:
- WAS ND v7.0.0.3
Web servers
The following Web servers are supported:
- IBM HTTP Server 7.0
- Sun Java System Web Server 7.0 Update 4
Databases
64 bit support for:
- DB2 Database Enterprise Edition v9.5.4
- DB2 Database Enterprise Edition v9.7.1
- Oracle 11g Database version 11.1.0.7
- WebSphere Commerce has limited support for DB2 pureScale. The supported environment is:
- DB2 Database Enterprise Edition v9.5.4 on the development environment
- DB2 Database v9.7.0.1 client
- DB2 Database v9.7.0.1 on the authoring server.
DB2 pureScale support and a more complete overview of the environment is described in the following technote:
Migrating to DB2 Database v9.7.0.1 or v9.8.0.0 is not supported.
Web browsers for WebSphere Commerce Tools
You can only access the WebSphere Commerce tools, like the Management Center or WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, from a supported browser on a machine running a Windows operating system on the same network as the WebSphere Commerce machine.
To use the WebSphere Commerce tools, use one of the following browsers:
Prior versions of these browsers do not support the full function of the WebSphere Commerce tools.
