Troubleshoot: WebSphere Commerce launch pad and First Steps pages do not display
When starting an install of WebSphere Commerce, you should see a launch pad from where you can choose several options.
Problem
When installing WebSphere Commerce, the launch pad and First Steps pages do not display.
Solution
The full path to the mozilla executable file must be defined in the system's PATH environment variable so that Mozilla can be launched by only issuing the mozilla command. No path information should need to be part of the command to launch Mozilla.
