Troubleshoot: Problems are encountered when uninstalling using a Hummingbird Exceed client

A blank screen is shown when uninstalling WebSphere Commerce.


Problem

When you are performing the WebSphere Commerce uninstall through a Hummingbird Exceed version 8.0, the final panel of the WebSphere Commerce uninstallation wizard appears to be blank.


Solution

Although no text is shown on the panel, the Finish button is enabled. Click Finish and the wizard will close. WebSphere Commerce product will be uninstalled.
