Deploy customizations made using the BOD command framework and the data service layer
Deploy customizations to the data service layer to a production server is handled using WebSphere Application Server deployment.
To deploy customizations to the data service layer, and extensions made using the BOD command framework:
Procedure
- For extensions to an existing service module:
- Package the following assets:
- Files in the XML directory, including query template files.
- Physical SDOs in the WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsLogic project.
- Customizations made using the BOD programming model (new commands, service modules) in the WebSphereCommerceServerExtensionsLogic project.
- Follow the steps in Package J2EE assets for a partial application.
- Follow the steps in Deploy J2EE assets for a partial application.
- To deploy a new custom service module, follow the steps in Deploy the component facade.
