     ...from the build system to the toolkit deployment system and uncompress it to...

     WCBD_deploy_toolkit_common_dir

     The directory...

     WCBD_deploy_toolkit_common_dir/wcbd-deploy-toolkit-build-label

     ...is created and refered to as the WCBD_deploy_toolkit_dir.
