RFQTCAdd URL
Adds terms and conditions to an RFQ.
URL structure
- http:// host_name/path/
- The fully qualified name of the WebSphere Commerce Server and the configuration path.

Parameter values
- offering_id
- Required: The internal identification of the RFQ.
- value
- Required: Value of the terms and conditions.
- mandatory
- Required: Indicate if this terms and conditions is mandatory: 0=this terms and conditions is not mandatory 1=this terms and conditions is mandatory
- changeable
- Required: Indicate if this terms and conditions is changeable: 0=this terms and conditions is not changeable 1=this terms and conditions is changeable
Example
The following example adds terms and conditions to the RFQ with the ID 10001.

Behavior
- Checks if the supplied RFQ exists in the database.
- Calls the com.ibm.commerce.utf.commands.CreateOrderCommentsTCCmd task command to add the terms and conditions to the RFQ.
Exception conditions
- The parameter offering_id must be specified.
- The parameter value must be specified.
- The parameter mandatory must be specified.
- The parameter changeable must be specified.
